Professor Helen Weiss
Affiliation: Centre for Global Mental Health, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine
Professor Helen Weiss is a leading researcher in global health, with a special focus on mental health and wellbeing in low- and middle-income countries. In her role at the Centre for Global Mental Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, she works to better understand how social and cultural factors shape health outcomes. Professor Weiss has a long-standing interest in gender and adolescent health.

Deborah Garlick

Deborah Garlick is the founder of Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace, one of the UK’s leading voices in raising awareness and driving change around menopause and women’s health at work. Through her work, Deborah has supported countless organisations in creating inclusive, supportive environments where conversations about menstrual and menopausal health are normalised. Passionate about breaking taboos and equipping people with practical tools and knowledge, she brings a wealth of experience in policy, training, and advocacy.

Professor Toby Richards

Professor Toby Richards is a consultant surgeon and academic dedicated to improving health outcomes through innovative, patient-focused research. He contributes to advancing education and research in public health and clinical science. His work focuses on iron deficiency, blood health, and their impact on menstruation and overall wellbeing.

Faye Farthing

Faye Farthing is the Head of Communications and Campaigns at Endometriosis UK, where she leads efforts to raise awareness, influence policy, and improve the lives of those affected by endometriosis.
